Inventra20 collects only the information required to operate the service: your name, email address, organization details, and the inventory data you and your team enter (including photographs). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is used to provide and improve the Inventra20 service — inventory capture, cube-sheet matching, project organization, and reporting. AI features process photos and descriptions to identify items; this processing happens on secure servers and the results are stored in your account.
All data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authenticated users within your organization based on the role and permissions your administrator assigns.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting your administrator or emailing [email protected].
